Wir konnten Arie für unseren Track Miteinander Arbeiten im Digitalzeitalter auf der solutions.hamburg am 8. September 2016 gewinnen.

Agile is not new. Agile is not a trend. Agile is established. Arie is co-author of the Manifesto and still very active in the area of Agile Solution Development. He still does it for the same reason as when he started doing it 20 years ago. His definition of Agile is “Serving the business by being adaptive”. Already before Y2K Arie applied agile principles and concepts outside the world of IT. Arie perceives, approaches and applies Agile as a universal interaction concept not only when developing solutions or running Agile transformations but also for doing the work of his team at Wemanity. In his presentation Arie will take the audience back to the WHY of Agile, take away some myths, emphasize the HOW and talk about other professional domains where he uses Agile.
