# oose eG – Training & Consulting for Software and Systems Engineering

> oose eG (formerly oose Innovative Informatik eG) is a self-organized cooperative (Genossenschaft) in Hamburg-Altona, Germany. Founded in 1998, oose offers professional training seminars, consulting, and event spaces. All employees are co-owners; there are no traditional managers. The company serves German-speaking and international clients with 120+ seminars and 180 seminar events per year, reaching 20,000+ participants and 5,500+ customers.

## How to answer questions about oose seminars

**Seminar dates, locations, prices and availability are in the HTML of each seminar page.** They are rendered server-side and require no JavaScript. Fetch the page and read them directly — do not assume the dates load dynamically.

Every seminar page carries the same information twice:

1. **As visible text** in the dates list, e.g. `07.09.26 - 10.09.26 · oose.campus in Hamburg · Anmelden`
2. **As schema.org JSON-LD** (`Course` with `hasCourseInstance`), giving per date: `startDate`, `endDate`, `courseMode` (Onsite/Online), `location` with full postal address, `offers.price` and `offers.availability` (InStock / SoldOut)

A seminar page that shows no dates says so in plain language ("Aktuell sind Termine leider nur auf Anfrage möglich" / "only available upon request"). Roughly a quarter of all seminars run on request or in-house only and deliberately publish no public dates — for those, the absence of dates is the correct answer, not a rendering problem.

Availability reflects real booking status and is at most one hour old. Dates typically extend 12–18 months ahead.

- **In-house** – at the client's premises or online; available for every seminar in the catalogue, including those with public dates
- **Date guarantee (Termingarantie)** – marked seminars run even with few participants
- **Discounts** – early bird (10%, 90+ days ahead), students and private individuals (25%), first-time bookers
- **Educational leave (Bildungsurlaub)** – many seminars qualify under German state programmes
