Description

Understanding the business processes of your own organization or of your customer correctly is the basis for improving and digitalizing them. With the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) this seminar will help you to adopt the appropriate and established notation. We not only convey all the elements of the BPMN, that you need for expressive and understandable business process descriptions, but also the suitable method, to effectively elicit the processes. And we will not withhold the limits of BPMN and how you can overcome them.

In our trainings you get a ton of opportunities, to try out BPMN in interactive exercises and get individual and exhaustive feedback.
Learn the BPMN from recognized modeling experts
What sets us apart are 20 years of enthusiasm for modeling and the fact that we help shape the BPMN and other modeling standards.
OCEB2-F certification

We are OCEB 2 Content Developer and your trainers are co-authors of the examinations. You will receive an exam voucher for your OCEB2-F certification to schedule the exam.
As participant you get the ebook OCEB 2 Certification Guide – Business Process Management – Fundamental Level (Tim Weilkiens, Christian Weiss, Andrea Grass, Kim Nena Duggen; Elsevier Reference Monographs, 2016)

For attending the BPMN seminar, PMI® certified project managers (PMP)® receive 19 PDUs PMP®/PgMP® or PMI-ACP℠ (for non-PMI-users: these are points that are important for the extension of the PMP® status)
